Conveniently close to a train station 🚆. Recently updated rooms with spacious layouts, including a nice big bathroom and a comfy chair. the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Location was unbeatable and handy, and the place was ideal base for an overnight stay. The room was neat and reasonably priced with a lovely big double bed and the bathroom. All the employees were exceptional and...

actually, we didnot stay much time in hotel, the country side hotel is ok at all. but being a hong kong people it may not be our expectation. the warm tube in the bathroom did not work.

Staff really helpful

Toilet didn't work Ordered newspaper that never arrived Spa is poor. Steam room didn't work, a sauna would be better which you could go to with your partner (ie not one in men's changing room and another in the female changing room). In fact all that was available to us was a small cold pool. Loud disco kept us awake most of Saturday night.

The restaurant here is nice for breakfast and dinner, with excellent staff, a great location, and charming shops nearby.

The staff were friendly and tried to do their best The venue is perfect for access to Weston Park so we will use again for the Midland Fair, this was the third time we stayed there.

The pool is very tired looking and the water seemed quite dirty.There was a large group staying in the hotel who chose their meals before us. As a result there was a lot of things missing off the menu and on the second night our main course took nearly two hours to arrive

It was in a good countryside location, ideal for walking the dogs at Cannock Chase and close to Cannock Hockey Club where our son was playing.

The nightclub on the Saturday night was very loud and there was a lot of shouting and banging doors in the corridor well after midnight. We were apparently unlucky to have been put on that side of the hotel!

Conveniently situated amidst greenery at the edges of the parking lot 🌳.

The rooms are great value for money with heating, a spacious bathroom, and a good shower, plus there's a lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner with friendly staff.
